He was born in 1932 on November 9th. He was married to the late Emma Lou Isiminger on June 21, 1951, a wonderful 59 years.
Robert was a loyal service member during his career as a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force traveling the world. He served for 20 years, during which he became a veteran of the Vietnam War. After retiring from the military, he worked for the Veterans Administration. He was also a member of the Free Masons and Eastern Star. He had a passion for classic cars, trucks, and all things western. He enjoyed his retirement with Emma Lou, work-camping around the U.S.
Robert was the son of the late Ina Mae Ferrell (mother) and Wilbert Dailey Isiminger (father). Robert is survived by his loving children MaLynn Kelso and Boyd Isiminger, as well as his four grandchildren (Kimberly Lamberson, Clayton Isiminger, Dane Kelso, and Kalyn Kelso) and two great-grandchildren (Beau and Emma Lamberson). Ike spent his final years living in Tallahassee, Fl under the care of St. Augustine Plantation and Pruitt Health in Southwood as well as Covenant Hospice.
