He was born to William Oliver and Ruby Poe Oliver. Robbie proudly served our country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and worked as a truck driver for many years.
He is survived by Chyna Abrams of Crawfordville, FL; Rob Oliver of Jackson, OH; and Zachary Oliver of Kitts Hill, OH.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Mike Oliver.
Livestream funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Tallahassee National Cemetery.
