Stanley Bishop (Stan or Stashi), 93, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020. He was born in the Lower East Side in New York, NY on January 6, 1927. Stanley served 2 years in the US Navy during WWII, and he graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in English. His original intention was to become an English professor, but he actually had a successful career as a real estate developer in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Stanley is survived by his children: Mark Bishop of Las Vegas, NV; Tracy Bishop of Clarkston, GA; Lori Crowe of Tallahassee, FL and Holly Moran of Pass Christian, MS; his grandchildren: Leah Crowe, Abigail Crowe, Connor Moran, Sylvia Crowe, Robert Crowe, and Brigid Moran.
Stanley was passionate for travel, learning, and the arts. He was an avid tennis player and loved spending time with friends and experiencing life to the fullest. Stan was always open to new things. Anyone who knew Stanley would say that they never met anyone like him. He was a unique and magnetic personality with baby blues that were unforgettable, and he was loved by so many. He will be dearly missed by all.
