Steven was predeceased by his parents John M. Mann and Helen Poston Mann, his brother John Michael Mann and his wife of 44 years Doris (Dot) Ward Mann.
He is survived by his children Regina Smith (Ben) and Steven Mann Jr. (Teri) and six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Steven graduated from Jefferson County High School in Monticello, Florida. He worked at NCR for 31 years as well as the Jefferson County Kennel Club (JCKC) in Monticello, Florida for 25+ years.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service and in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, FL.
