Mrs. Baker was a gentle and kind lady with a sweet smile and heart. She was an inspiration to me at Northside Baptist and Canopy Roads Baptist. Janis and family, we will keep you in our prayers and so thankful to have been a part of Mrs. Baker's life.

Janis, Our sincerest condolences to you and your family.   Mrs. Vi was a very sweet lady and I am so glad I got to know her before she got so sick.   It was such fun to pick her up and take her to Bible Study and see her sweet smile, and hear her cute and funny jokes.   She was a treasure, and I am glad the Lord has given her peace, and I hope He is doing the same for you and your family.    I'm sure I will see you in church soon.   Myrt and Jim Mayne

Mrs. Baker was truly a great mother and I have many fond memories of her during my youth growing up.  Her daughter Janis was my best friend and her sons Bryan and Daryl were my bother's close friends.  I wish her a peaceful journey and am glad she is at rest.

Dear sweet Janis. You have been your Mom's constant companion and for that reason, your Mom was with you for this length of time.  I hope that peace abounds and the memories that you have will remain forever.  Your mom was an incredible little lady and you served as a faithful and loving daughter. Take care Janis.
