located on the southwest side of Port de Paix by his father Innocent Gedeon and mother
Rachelle Belizaire. At the age of 4, our mother left Beauchamp to Port de paix for a better
opportunity for our family. In 1984, Bougin started Kindergarten at Ecole Primaire Mixte
Souverainete de Dieu. He also attended there for Elementary and Middle school.
In 1993, he left Haiti and came to the United States. During that same year, he was enrolled
and attended Fort Lauderdale High School where he practiced Wrestling and also worked
part time at our Aunt’s Supermarket. Bougin graduated High School in 1997 and went to
Palm Beach Community College. Bougin made the decision to leave PBCC and started working
at Winn Dixie as a full time employee. Later on that year, he quit his job and accepted a new
position at a local warehouse. One night, the night shift manager asked him to mop the entire
warehouse. He came home angry that evening, our mother asked him what happened? Bougin
replied “Mommy, I want to have my own business! That was his last time ever working for a
company.
Bougin then started learning how to make designs on a “Compaq” computer without
going to school. He also started playing notes on his favorite instrument, the Piano.
Even with music, he never attended school. BG was naturally talented. He founded
One-Up Records in the year 2000 and immediately started working with aspiring
young artists’. In 2002, he founded Tight Graphix which was later changed to Graphics
Unit, Inc. In 2008, we tragically lost our mother, Rachelle Belizaire. BG’s focus was to make
our mother proud. He then branched his business into Broward Flyers & Printing and soared.
BG has been in business for over 15+ years with self taught experience.
On July 22nd at approximately 2:29am, BG was involved in a fatal car accident where he
was prounced dead on the scene.
He has left behind his father Innocent Gedeon, (3) brothers Evide Gedeon, Dominique Gedeon,
Watson Florvilus, (3) sisters Emmanuela Gedeon, Sherly Gedeon, Nosline Gedeon but most
importantly the loves of his life, his (2) daughters Ariana Gedeon, Melody Gedeon and his
newborn son Bryson Gedeon.
