Dear Bob,  There is a missing spoke in the family wheel, and life without  you will never be the same.  We miss you and will miss the jokes and fun you always brought to La Porte when you visited.  We remember the good time we had in 2010 when we all met in Las Vegas; the best part being the day we all sat in one room and shared the fun and memories of the past when everyone was young.  We all laughed and enjoyed each others stories.  What a great day that was!  May God watch over you as we hold you in our hearts and hopefully  one  day we will have another great day like the one in Las Vegas. Your brother Russell McMahon and Carolyn

Bob, will be greatly missed by his sisters, Barbara Dove (Bob) Connie Oyama (Howard) and Denise Miller. Also brothers Russell McMahon (Carolyn) Norm "Pete" McMahon (Kathie) and Cressel Smith (Sue) and many nephews and nieces. We always had a real fun time when we got together, almost got to see you again when we visited LaPorte this summer, but we will never forget the crazy time we had in Las Vegas a year ago, it was the best!                                Oh! How I Remember, So Well
Memories  Bob, so many.
Remember Bob the holidays around moms table when we talked about dad Russell or Gus they called him and you would say this and that and I looked over at you and said you were only 6 and I was 5. How can you remember that. You said better memory. Everyone laughed.
 "Oh! How I Remember, so well";
And remember when we were around moms table and talked about Denise's Dad John Cunningham and Dan Miller her husband.
"Oh! How I remember ,so well";
And remember later in time the same with Cressel Lee's Dad Cressel Smith.
"Oh! How I remember ,so well";
And remember 2000 we talked about Mom Sally Smith and how you told her jokes and she would laugh so hard she almost lost her teeth. and we all would laugh.
"Oh! How I remember, so well';
And remember our conversation over the phone. You asked about our only Aunt Agnes McMahon and I said she is doing good for almost 87. Only one left and no Uncles. I said Yep.
'Oh! How I Remember, so well";
And remember another conversation on the weather, just to raze Howard and me. We were 75 and you were 75 degrees couldn't raze us ,so you decided to raze the others back home in Indiana.You called Barbara and Bob Dove,
Russell and Carolyn McMahon, Denise Miller and Cressell and Sue Smith, because it was cold 35 Degrees and You got to raze them.
"Oh! How I Remember,so well';
And you said it won't do any good to raze Norman and Kathie McMahon, because in San Diego it is the same weather as we have.
Oh! How I Remember, so well';
And remember Bob, at Christmas you asked me how old I was and I said 66 going on 67. You said I'm 67 going on 68 in July and catching up to Barb and Russ. I said Yep.
Oh! How I Remember, SO Well;
And my last words in our conversation, I Love you.

Bob was a great and wonderful brother. Over the years we shared many laughs and many memories not only with me, but with all of our other siblings as well. There was seven of us total and Bob was the jokester of the family. He always had a smile on his face and that is something I will always cherish. He will greatly be missed,  and one day I will see you again and we can continue the laughs and memories. I love you Bob may you rest in peace.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Bob was a great brother and a very giving man. He will be sadly missed by all of his seven brothers and sisters. Till we meet again, Love You Bob.
