Robert is survived by his spouse, Lorna Mcneil; his son Alvin Barr; his daughter Constance Chronicle; and his daughter Audrey Keise; his brother Carlton McFarlane, his brother Lloyd McFarlane, his brother Maurice McNeil, his brother Lois Pearson, his brother Milton McNeil, his sister Molly McNeil, his sister Sally McNeil, his brother Kenneth McNeil, his brother Dawn McNeil and his sister Millicent McNeil; his grandson Adrian Brown, his grandson Alvin Barr, his grandson Courtney Keise Jr., his granddaughter Joanna Barr, his grandson Ti-Jean Passley, his grandson Mikhail Keise, his grandson Biencole Archer, his great grandson Liam Brown and his great granddaughter Luna Brown.

A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Living Word Christian Center, 3301 Riverside Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 20, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Living Word Christian Center, 3301 Riverside Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065. A reception will occur Friday, August 20, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Bailey Memorial, 6701 West Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33319.
