

Walton attended Braithwaite Elementary School in Deerfield Beach and then went on to Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach where he played tennis and graduated in the Class of 1965.
Later, he was involved in the Job Corps and spent a year or more in Breckinridge, Kentucky.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War in the Signal Corps. Walton was a fun, loving young man who loved his family, especially, his mother.
Walton leaves to mourn his wife, Louise Cox and children; Simmone Lawrence (Ricardo) and Steven Cox, along with Ron Hudson (Jamisha) of Fort Mitchell, AL, Christian Benu Cox (Danielle) of Jacksonville, NC, Walton Sinbad Cox, Caroline Hudson, Nakia Cyrus (James Bradley), Solitha Holloway (Yeta) of Spokane, WA, Milton Hayes (BamBam), Nick Cox and Davel Daverman (Moise).
He has 5 siblings; Regis Cox-Butler(Larry), Cheyenne Cox-Stubbs (Carrol: deceased), Marsha Cox-Dennard, Rodney Cox (Migdalia), Cody Cox, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 17th, 2021- 9:30am at Bailey Memorial Chapel 6701 West Commercial Blvd. Tamarac, Florida 33319 and funeral services will be at 10am at Bailey Memorial Chapel 6701 West Commercial Blvd. Tamarac, Florida 33319
