Andrew Michael Buchanan

Andrew Michael Buchanan, 35, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Andrew grew up in Tampa and attended Alonso High School. In his spare time, when he wasn't working in construction welding, he enjoyed fishing, a nice buffett and spending time with his family and friends. Andrew also had a love of animals and enjoyed cheering for his favorite team, the Tampa Bay Bucs. He had a huge heart of love, a great sense of humor and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Everett and Esther Buchanan and maternal grandparents, Jim and Vivian Cooper.

Andrew is survived by his parents, Tim and Bonnie Buchanan; siblings, Troy (Christine) Buchanan, Kerrie (Matt) Rigberg, Kim (Peter) Winter, Christina (Eric) Swint, Matthew Buchanan; children, Hailey, Jediah, Kennedy, Madison, Ryleigh and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and many nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends for Andrew will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618, followed by a Celebration of Life from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to your favorite charity or church.
