of Valrico, Florida, was 89 years old when she passed away on December 29, 2017.
Connie was born to the late Amelia and Frank Arguelles, on September 18, 1928, in Brooklyn New York. She was raised with her 12 brothers and sisters.
Connie met Victor Cuyar in Brooklyn and later married him in 1953, then moved to Tampa Florida where she resided for 64 years. She worked for the Hillsborough County School system for over 30 years before retirement.
With Julio Iglesias records and Thursday night Bingo at close 2nds, Family meant everything to Connie.
She is survived by her two children: Linda Cuyar Hernandez and Ricardo Cuyar. Connie has four grandchildren: Candice Cuyar, John Fillmon, Christopher Cuyar and Ricardo Hernandez, and she also has three great-grandchildren: Callie, Brodie and Myles.
Connie leaves behind her siblings: Marie Barbosa, Evelyn Diaz, Julie Yugueros, and Edward Arguelles.
She is predeceased by her Husband, Victor Cuyar, and her siblings: Dorothy Chiarchiaro, Irene Arguelles, Olga Pateiro, Henry Arguelles, Gene Arguelles, Anthony Arguelles, Albert Arguelles and Alfonso Arguelles.
