Williams, Derek Ainsworth of Tampa, Florida was born August 10, 1958 to Jasper Williams and Doris (Tyson) Williams. He went home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2015 at the age of 56. Born in Comfort Hall, Jamaica, Derek was a self-proclaimed "country boy" who loved the outdoors and finding ways to help others. Derek was a friend to all, and could always lift a saddened spirit with a smile and his tenacious positivity. He cherished his family above all else, and was always there for them, whether with a kind word, advice, or a loving hug. He is survived by his loving wife of over 30 years, Althea; his daughters, Melonie and April; his son, Derek Jr. and his two grandchildren, Jordan and Zoey.
