

Mrs. Osterstuck was born November 2, 1936, in Peckville, PA, to Stephen and Veronica Gross of Jessup, PA.
She attended St. Mary’s Catholic Cathedral High School in Trenton, NJ, and continued her education at Sherwood Music School, Chicago, IL. She worked as school secretary, classroom aid and teacher at St. Stanislaus Catholic School in Trenton, NJ, and taught for the American Consulate at the Saudi Arabian International School in Dhahran, KSA, 1976-1978.
Dolores enjoyed singing and teaching for her church community at Incarnation Catholic Church in Tampa, and served as Cantor as well as religious education teacher there for over twenty years. She sang second soprano with the Tampa Oratorio Society from 1979 to 2004, she studied jazz piano and was a cancer survivor.
"Dee" is survived by her children, son Scott Osterstuck and his wife Regina of Clearwater, daughter Sheila Shindorf and her husband Andrew of Parrish; granddaughters and their spouses, Veronica and Doctor Brooke Nipon-Sixt, Jessica Osterstuck and Henry Zuluaga, and Audrianna and Bailey Welch; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews in NJ and FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Osterstuck, and her brothers Stephen, Andy, Frank and Eugene.
