ROY, Georgiana Frances (JW),89, born March 8, 1929, died in Tampa, Florida on Friday morning August 10, 2018 after a long illness. She was born to Elizabeth Lynch McPhelan and John McPhelan in New York City. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Eckert Roy and siblings; Elizabeth “Betty”, Virginina “Ginger”, and John. Georgiana is survived by her son Robert A Roy, his wife Arleen Carroll Roy, grandchildren; Robert R, Keith-Eric, Beth L, and great grandchildren; Jesse Carter, Morgan-Xavier Roy, and Jaidyn Casanas, Tampa, Florida.
