It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Heidi Theresa Lively, who passed peacefully on 10/02/2025 at the age of 58. Heidi Theresa Lively was the cornerstone of her family, a source of endless love, laughter, and strength, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
She was born in Tampa, Fl on 04/27/1967 to Gus and Lynda.
Heidi Theresa Lively was preceded in death by her parents Gus and Lynda, stepmother Mary, loving spouse Jose, brother Bucky, and son Edward.
