SAPP, Herbert Kelly, of Tampa, passed away August 6, 2016. He was the beloved husband, sweetheart, friend and Pal Kelly for 45 years to his loving wife, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughters; Sharon Parker and Susan McRorie. After graduating from Hillsborough High School’s Class of 1951 he proudly served in the United States Navy, and then went on to work for TECO and retired after 40 years of service with them. He was a member of I.B.E.W. Local 108 for 14 and ½ years and during that time was the Financial Secretary, as well as being a member of Loyal Order of Moose 912, American Legion Post 139, and VFW Post 10140. He is survived by his loving wife Virginia, daughters; Darlene (Lee) Lockrem, Christina (Rob) Lovering, and son in law, Nealon Parker; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. His loving wife, Virginia says “good night my love and thanks for the memories.” Services will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with family receiving friends one hour prior to service and a burial to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
