Jackie "J.J." Joe Walls

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Jackie Joe Walls. J.J. was preceded in death by his parents, Freeman and Ruth Walls; brother, Cebert Walls; and his children’s mother, Virginia F Walls.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Walls; brother Danny (Sharon); children, Jennifer (Mike) Byrne, Jamie (Jenn) Walls, Summer Robbins Turner, Parker (Kristan) Robbins, Molly Robbins; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

J.J. was born in Accoville, West Virginia. He served in the US Air Force and as a police officer for the City of Tampa. He loved golf, Buccaneer football, and old westerns. He had a big personality, a big smile, and a big heart. He was a stranger to no one and was the best storyteller. J.J. loved his family, his friends, and the Lord and he will be greatly missed.

A graveside service for Jackie will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2023 in Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
