

Jary was born in Connersville, Indiana to Marion Howard Walker and Frances Ruth Walker on December 13th, 1942. He graduated from Bennett High School in Marion, Indiana in 1961. He married Deanna Rae Lindle on May 18th, 1968, in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana briefly, and then enlisted in the military. He served for four years in the Navy and in the Marines as a Hospital Corpsman. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked as a salesman, sales manager, and F&I manager for Century Buick for 25 years. Jary was passionate about his yard and was an excellent landscaper and handyman. When he found a problem, he would be dedicated to getting it resolved. Jary was loved and respected by many, and was involved in his community in Reflections, Lutz. He was a selfless man that always prioritized his family. Jary was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved boating and country music.
Jarrell is preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Frances Walker.
Jarrell is survived by his spouse Deanna Rae Walker, children Jeffrey Walker (Heather), Taryn Groves (Jacob), Steven Walker (Evan Marie), grandchildren Kylie Walker, Gavin Walker, Ella Groves, Abigail Groves, Caroline Groves, Keaton Walker, Broderick Walker.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, October 1st, 2021, at Saint Timothy’s Catholic Church, 17512 Lakeshore Rd, Lutz, FL with Father Drew Woodke officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at The Garden of Memories. Arrangements are by Blount and Curry Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the James A. Haley Veterans Affair Hospital.
