Kimberly was born December 30, 1979 in the Bronx, New York, to her blessed parents, Mother (Ma): Wilhelmenia Bennett, Father: Franklin Eady, and her loving older brother, Derrick Bennett.
Kimberly (affectionately called Kim or Kimmie) was also divinely favored with a gracious step family: Monica Eady (Stepmother), Kha’mi (sister) and Da’mel (brother).
Although she could not bear offsprings of her own, she cherished her precious nieces and nephews: Satarie (Satty), Soferri (Sofie), Davien and
Dashton.
Kimberly was raised in the Bronx, New York, where she attended Stevenson High.
After obtaining her Undergraduate Degree at St. Lawrence University, she served in different capacities in the Medical Field, including Medical Residency Program Assistant at Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center. She also established a very productive career as a Visual UX/Designer, and was awarded multiple scholarships for her exceptional aptitude.
Upon relocating to Lutz, Florida, her tenacity soared as a brilliant Visual UXDesigner, Speaker/Panelist, and an avid Scleroderma/Systemic Sclerosis Patient Advocate.
Through her many advocacy channels, she presented in multiple forums, and served as an advisor to Medical Research Committees, to inform research studies, reform resources and improve the quality of lives of others afflicted by this chronic and progressive disease.
Indeed, she was an amazing gift to everyone who crossed her path during her appointed earthly tenure.
She was kind and thoughtful, witty and hilarious, beautiful and talented, superlatively creative, very insightful and irrefutably courageous; to name a few of her wonderful attributes.
She was loved sincerely and unconditionally, and she reciprocated love fervently and wholeheartedly.
As Kim would say, through it all, the adversities, obstacles, challenges, victories and losses, gain and pain; she was just ‘living her best life’.
Kim’s love and light will be dearly missed by all her loved ones: Parents, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, GrandParents, GrandAunts, GrandUncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, God-Children, Cherished Friends and Colleagues.
