Brent, Kristopher Mathew, 65, of Tampa passed away on September 12, 2015. He was born in Chicago, Illinois to Barbara Jean Meiss Welling and adopted by Kenneth Merrill Welling, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Marcia L. Bogart; sister, Merrilee K. Welling from Warwick, RI and uncle, Dr. Guy T. Meiss from Mt. Pleasant, MI. Kristopher was retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs where he was a nursing assistant and won every award available for this position. He was promoted to surgical service as Environmental Management Associate. He was then promoted to and retired as Manager of Environmental Management Service Northern Indiana Healthcare System, Ft. Wayne, IN. He was always there to help without having to be asked. He gave from his heart to all of those who needed him. When he saw a situation, he assisted without being asked; maintaining the pride and dignity of those who were in need. Kristopher will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
