Armando, 

From the first day we met you accepted me as your son-in-law.  I would go over to your house   a lot and we would mainly talk about fishing, boxing, horse racing, and life.  We also had  many good times betting at the horse track, throwing darts, and  playing dominoes and pool.  Every time we competed against each other and you won (which was most of the time) you would just smile, look at me, and say “I’m a beast Papa!”. I have so many funny/good memories with you, if I wanted too I could be writing all day.  Like how you would call people (back when you had your flip phone) and tell them what to do then hang up on them by just snapping your flip phone shut without even saying “bye”, and they would do exactly what you told them too, you used to have me cracking up every time you did that. You were a “man’s man” and everyone including myself respected you a lot.  I’m sorry things had to end so soon but I know we will see each other again and I’m sure you will remind me that you’re still a “beast”.

My big brother you will always be in my heart ❤️ you always found a way to keep in touch with all of us!! You had your ways but you had a heart of gold. The way you always called mom and dad no matter where you were... you will definitely be missed. You left us to soon but only God knows why. May you Rest In Peace till the day when we meet again!! I'm going to miss your calls   you always called to check up on mom even if it was for just a short call.  Went to your house and it felt so awkward you not walking me to my car and saying  prieta see you later and you would wave with tears in your eyes.   You will be missed and you will be forever in our hearts.  God needed you by his side.  Now you are in a better place with Dad where there's no more pain.  Rest in paradise my brother you will be missed   love you forever and a day. We are all heartbroken by your early departure very hard to believe but I know we will all be together again until then I will always keep your memory alive. The amo con mi vida mi  Hernando. Papi Culo, 
I can’t believe you’ve been taken away far to soon!! You may have been very stubborn at times but I know that it was all for our best interest weather it made us mad or not. I remember you use to pinch our nose all the time and no matter how mad it made us u still did it and didn’t care. You use to take me in the back yard to show me your roosters and chickens every time I would come over.  And you know what you took care of that rooster so good it doesn’t want to leave the home you made for him. Tasha named him Joey!  You always been good with your hands so the garden you built with gandules, your pineapple tree, lettuce and all the other stuff you had back there you already knew it was gonna be perfect  once they grew u said “You know what mama, ima make the best rice with gandules you ever taste In your life with pork or do you want chicken” lol. Ima make sure Niyah remembers you and add you to my case that I have my memories with Abuelo. You will now forever be my angel on one side and Abuelo on the other. I love you too pieces and will never forget you, till we meet again daddy!!!! 

Daddy,
I cannot even believe I am writing this message to you instead of calling you while you answer the phone in a million different languages. I love you more than any word can describe. God took you away from me for a reason I cannot yet comprehend but I promise you I will not rest until I have an answer. I am going to miss you sooooo much, your grandkids are going to miss their welo and Jean is going to miss his partner in crime. I promise to keep your memory alive! Every time I play a game of dominoes I promise when I win I’ll slam my last fecha on the table and make the whole thing shake like you did. I will continue to cook the dishes you taught me to cook ever since I was 7 years old. I will continue to remind my kids of how amazing their welo was and how much you loved us all with every single ounce of you! You loved so hard and I will forever have a huge place in my heart for you! May you please watch over me from heaven and guide me through life as you always have. Tell abuelo I said hi and I love him. I am going to miss you so much dad I am so heartbroken but know that you are no longer in any ounce of pain so I can begin to make the smallest amount of peace with that. I’ll love you until the end of me!

I am overwhelmed with sadness to even have to express how much you will be missed! You were definitely a force, stubborn as ever, with a heart of gold. I will miss the random calls, the strong hugs, and the love you gave in your own way. My favorite memories with you include many beach trips and dominoes nights at our house. It brings me comfort knowing you are now with Abuelo watching over us! Until we meet again Tio I will carry you in my heart! Love you! Rest in Peace. I will continue to be there to for my cousins don't you worry about that🖤💜 they miss you terribly but know they were loved by you!
