Maria Cristina Arriaga

ARRIAGA, Maria Cristina, 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 7, 2018. She was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, was a gifted seamstress and a devout Catholic. She enjoyed sewing, painting, singing and listening to music. Maria is preceded in death by Luis E Colon, her beloved husband of over 60 years. She is survived by her children; son, Luis Colon ( Nancy Figueroa), daughter, Lilliam Colon Signore (Marco Signore), daughter Maria de Lourdes Colon (Thomas Gunton), daughter Luz Evelyn Perez (Abad Perez), and Diana Torres (Joseph Jimenez), and 6 grandchildren. Family will receive friends 6pm – 8pm , Thursday, August 9th at Blount & Curry at Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610. A funeral mass will be celebrated 1 pm, Friday, August 10th, at Incarnation Catholic Church, 5124 Gateway Dr, Tampa, FL 33615. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
