Meredith A Mirandi

Midge was born in East Orange, New Jersey to Charles and Sylvia Pilling on April 11, 1931. She went to school at Lakewood High School in Lakewood, Ohio. She married Ralph on March 6, 1968 in Longwood, Florida. She worked as an office manager for Bill Becker, DDS and in the guidance office of Bishop Moore High School as a secretary. In later years she was a homemaker and raised three children.

Midge was preceded in death by her second son, Dr. Anthony P. Mirandi (Min) of New York, New York and her sister, Barbara Henderson of Houston, Texas.

Midge is survived by Ralph her husband of 57 years; her daughter Sydney Treadway-Haskell (Greg Haskell) and her oldest son, Joseph Mirandi, CPA (Paulette Mirandi); her Niece Donna Parham and Nephew William Parham, Esq.; five grandchildren, Christopher Elliott, Esq., Aaron Sincoski, Benjamin Mirandi, Joseph Mirandi Jr. and Saya Mirandi; and four great-grandchildren, Elin Elliott, Lane Elliott, Avery Sincoski and Freyja Sincoski.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30am, Friday, September 5, 2025 at Resurrection Catholic Church in Lakeland, Florida with Father Teody officiating. Burial will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Florida. Arrangements are by Blount and Curry Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to Holt International Adoption Agency or Catholic Charities.

The family of Midge wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Michael Paul Gimness and his staff at Family Medical Specialists of Florida, Vitas Hospice, Visiting Angels, the Resurrection Catholic Church Bereavement Team, Father Garcia, Father Teody and Deacon Frank Nicsinger of Resurrection Catholic Church, Chaplain Christopher Durante, Alana Pace, RN, Becky Maxwell, CNA, and Kelly Grace. We also would like to give our sincerest thanks to the four caregivers who spent countless hours with Midge, JoDona Schussler, Kristin Bateman, Arianne Remedios Auila and Damarys Rubalcaba.
