

Mona E. Ouellette Blanck, 89, passed away on July 19, 2020 at the Carrollwood Care Hospice Home in Tampa following a battle with Parkinsons Disease. A native of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada, Mona was born on September 22, 1930, the daughter of the late Valerie Ouellette and Emma Martin Ouellette.
Mona enjoyed singing, bowling, cross-stitching (every state bird), and was lucky enough to tour the USA in an RV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Blanck in 1981 and siblings Leon Ouellette, Jeannine Ruley, Therese Ouellette, and Cecile Uhrlass. Surviving are sons Earl Blanck of Tampa, FL, Terry Blanck and his wife, Nancy, of Waldport, OR, 2 grandchildren Ryan Blanck and Harrison Blanck, daughter Valerie Pennypacker and her husband, Keith, of Lexington, KY, 3 grandchildren, Logan Pennypacker, Rachel Brookman, and Jason Pennypacker, 2 great grandchildren, Tyler Pennypacker and Madelyn Brookman; siblings Samuel Ouellette, Marie Eliasen, Ronald Ouellette, Guy Ouellette, and Raoul Ouellette.
We hope to gather with family at a safer time. Mona’s children would like to thank Elizabeth Lyon-Hall and all the other heroes that have taken care of Mom over the years.
