Rebecca dedicated her career to being an oral maxillofacial surgical assistant, where she was known for her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to helping others. She touched many lives through her work and left a lasting impression on both colleagues and patients.
She found great joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. Rebecca loved taking long walks on the beach, dancing salsa and tango, and traveling the world. Her adventurous spirit and love for culture and movement brought happiness not only to herself but to those around her.
She was preceded in death by Lieutenant Colonel Frank Abreu.
Rebecca is survived by her only daughter, Melinda DeSanto; her grandson, Ray DeSanto; and many other cherished family members who will continue to honor her memory.
