DRIGGERS, Richard Frederick, 74, passed away Oct. 28, 2015 He was born in Dade City, FL, but lived most of his life in Tam-pa. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 51 years, Bobbie Lou. He is sur-vived by his children, son, Darryl and his wife, Michele; and daughter, Sherry; grandsons, Derrick (Katie) and Justin; great grandsons, Dylan and Conner; siblings, Norma Jean Moore (Frank), F. Jaime Driggers (Susan) and Wesley A. Driggers (Kathy). Richard was a long time general contractor in the Tampa Bay area. His career was cut short by a construc-tion accident in 1983 when he suffered a traumatic brain injury and was cared for by his wife & daughter until she passed. Richard had recently been cared for in a facility in Sarasota. He will be very missed by his family and those caring for him, but we know he has no pain and no longer suffers, but in God's presence and his wife and other family members gone before. Fu-neral service will be held 11 AM Oct. 31, Garden of Mem-ories Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior.
