Sally Perry Wetherell was born in Tampa on March 10, 1929 and passed away peacefully on September 25, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Louise Sawin and Benjamin Franklin Perry; husband of 59 years, O.D. Wetherell; daughter, Yvonne Schudel; granddaughter, Amy Marie Wetherell.
Sally was a wonderful, caring mother who devoted her life to her family and friends. She enjoyed flying around the state with her husband, fishing, painting, cooking, and gardening. She is survived by her son, Daniel Charles Wetherell (Susan); daughters, Patricia Cantrell (William), Sandra Faust; grandchildren, Sally Beaty (Michael), Will Cantrell, Amanda Ware, Ben Faust, Beth Lewis (Dale), Margaret Wetherell; nine great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday October 1, 2021, in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4228 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
