I came across this page while idly searching on my own deceased father's middle and last names; (Harry) Spencer Buzbee. I offer my sincere condolences for this family's loss, and after looking at the dearly departed's photo, as well as the name I am certain we are not very distantly related. I'll bet I could describe his sense of humor and general attitude with fair accuracy and affection based on my own dad's. I would be very interested in corresponding with family members at the email address provided to find out when and where our lineages divided.

Spencer was always so kind to me and my children. When they were young he set us up with a bunch of fish tanks and creatures from his farm. I must say the newts were my favorite.  The kids loved them all. He was always kind to the young and old. He spoke his mind and told you if you were being foolish. But I would not have had it any other way. Thank you for the many memories. And for Ramel's daughter Sweetpea. She was my best friend. Please give her a belly rub from me. I will miss you my friend. Love always Diane

My condolences to Tracy and family and Chris and Roy.

Spencer and I go way back to the  first grade at the old Riverview school.  I remember when I spent the night at Spencer's house on Riverview drive and the times we went fishing in the Alafia river across from the Giants camp.  We walked on the red brick road with no shoes and when our feet burned we walked on the  side of the road full of sand spurs.
Spencer would spend the night with me at my old homestead house on Brandon circle.  We use to play on the dirt hills behind my house and get filthy dirty.  Mother  made us change  clothes and not to go get dirty again.  When Mother wasn't looking we went back to the dirt hills and  got filthy dirty again.  Back to the house and Mother was furious  and I knew I was going to get the oak switch, Spencer laughed while I was getting a spanking but he stopped laughing when Mother finished with me and gave Spencer a spanking too!
We went on to attend East Bay HS and played football and track together with so many other friends, so many fond memories of Spencer and I will miss him.

My deepest sympathies to the immediate family. Tracy...my dearest friend, you will forever remain in my prayers,  thoughts & Daily Life.  God Bless the entire family

We haven't been together in a while but have  many happy memories of good times spent together in the Florida Keys and especially the fishing trip of a lifetime, in Costa Rica.  Spencer was a class act, from the first time we met. Generous to a fault and a bit cantankerous when challenged but always a true friend.  Our deepest sympathy to Tracy and Family. Spencer was one of the most fun loving guys at Riverview Elementary School. I have so many mental images of him and all of us, growing up together through those years. I’m sure I have at least one class picture with all our young faces.

I’m so sorry to hear of his passing and the loss for his family and friends.

Prayers for Tracy and the rest of Spencers' family to keep them strong and we will get together when this is over.

RIP Spencer!  Will miss you and never forget you, Tracy, her mother, Ron and I going to Costa Rica!  Remember the flop house??? Sorry about that!  But you made sure that I had the biggest rooster fish and the biggest sailfish!  Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

It was a hard time for all of us mostly aunt tracy but he will always be with us. I love it when he took me to a race track and i won my iwn race when he was there. I miss you uncle spencer.

I will never forget the my first trip to Key West with you and Aunt Tracy! It was the best Graduation present! Then I got to go on a plane for the fist time from there to Tampa a lot of firsts that week.  I remember hanging at your friends house at the time in the Keys and trying to catch lobster in the canal.  I will miss all the Holidays we had with you. All the quick catch ups calls we had on how college was going, work and then the girls.

I like the times we got to hang out and talk with each other . and the time we hung out in Hudson. if he ask me to  find something for him l would do my best.

Spencer was a wonderful brother and friend.  I will always remember the great times we had together (even the time when we were kids and we went out rabbit hunting and he got so excited he shot himself in the foot).  My heart goes out to Tracey and all of his children.  He will be missed forever.
