Susan Elaine Drouin

Born in Rome, Georgia, raised in Tampa, Florida. Raised by loving parents Mary Jane & Thomas Gleaton. Susan attended Woodbridge Elementary, Leto High School, worked for years as a successful dental assistant, and later went on to attend Hillsborough Community College where she majored in Psychology. Her ambition and passion for beauty led to her starting a successful business and owning a beauty salon called “Jaclyn’s Hair & Nail Studio” named after her daughter.

Susan was a devout Christian and remained steadfast in her faith. She was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Grandma, Sister, Aunt, and friend. The things she loved most were her family, togetherness, laughter, and helping others.

She is survived by her husband Robert and three children Cory, Ryan, and Jaclyn. Her grandchildren, Danielle, Hagen, and Alyssia. Her sisters, Sherry Gabino, and Janet Velazquez. Her nieces - Gina Woods, Kaylee Woods, Brittany Vargas, and Autumn Dalton. Her nephews, George Woods, Giovanni Gonzalez, and Austin Gonzalez.

A private service will be held to celebrate Susan’s life and will be held on June 22nd 2024.
