She was born on October 20, 1946. She was the daughter of Doyle and Carrie Walters. Her father was in the military and her mother was a waitress for most childhood and teen life. She had 2 brothers Richard Walters and John Carey that she loved dearly.
Barbara was married and had four children Linda, Debbie, Frank, and Ted. She had numerous grandkids and great-grandkids. She worked as a housekeeper for many years at Shannon Hospital in San Angelo, Texas.
Her hobbies were cooking, dancing, and taking care of her animals. She loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and crabbing, and going to the casinos. She loved her family.
