Edna A. Mueller

Edna was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Thrall. She helped her community through volunteering with Meals On Wheels and enjoyed crocheting and finding bargains through garage sales. She loved nature and the countryside.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Tricia Sheppard and husband Jimmie; great-granddaughter, Jill Prater and husband Christopher; and sister, Leona Nelson. She is also survived by her step-son, Glenn Mueller and wife Lynda; step-grandson, David Mueller and wife Sarah and their children, Carson and Abigail; step-daughter, Jean Swenson; and nephews and great-niece & great- nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Mueller; son, Carl Lathan, Jr.; grandson, Brian Lathan; great-grandson, Jesse Graybill; step-grandsons, Jeff Swenson, John Swenson, and Byron Swenson.

The family wishes to acknowledge Kay Bulgerin for her care and support of Grandma. Also Bea Villanueva, her care-giver, for her day to day help allowing Grandma to live at home.

"Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th, at Condra Funeral Home in Taylor. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 28, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church in Thrall, Texas, with Pastor Jon Bielfeldt officiating. Internment will follow in the Taylor City Cemetery. Arrangements by Condra Funeral Home, Taylor.
