He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, J.E. Gause.
Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Kim DeMent; sons, Bryan Bentley and Michael White; daughter, Michelle Johnston; brothers, Len DeMent (Lynne) and Larry DeMent (Yolanda); sister, Linda Gause (John); grandchildren, Avah Bentley, James "Cuatro" Jordan, Connor Johnston, Adaline Johnston and Lorelei Nelson; five nephews; three nieces; six great-nephews; seven great-nieces; and Godchildren, Valor Daye and Owen Daye. Bobby is also survived by many extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
