She was a child of the world, living abroad for over 35 years. She was a loving wife and caring mother. Many would say that she was a tough cookie. Her abilities to spot opportunities in chaos and motivate anyone who would listen will be deeply missed. Cindy loved to sew, cook and travel. She was captivated by different cultures.
Survivors include her husband, Richard “Mac” McLaughlin of Temple Terrace; daughters, Sara Malinowsky and Lucy Malinowsky; mother, Judy King; brother, Alan King; two Aunts and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, October 14th at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
