

Lynn Warren Tyree, age 85, of Temple Terrace, FL, departed this world peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Born on November 16, 1938, in Charleston, WV, Lynn was the beloved son of Virginia and Telvie Tyree.
Lynn's legacy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Charleston, West Virginia, spans decades, marked by dedication and distinction. Together with his stepfather, Warren H. White, Lynn co-founded the esteemed accounting firm of White & Tyree CPAs. Throughout his career, Lynn exemplified unwavering commitment to his clients, offering meticulous financial guidance and expertise. His integrity and diligence earned him the profound respect and trust of colleagues, clients, and the wider community.
Yet, beyond his professional accomplishments, Lynn was cherished for his warmth, kindness, and boundless generosity. He possessed a genuine concern for others' well-being, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. Lynn's philanthropic spirit shone brightly through his contributions to the church and various charitable causes. A proud member of the Charleston Boat Club, Lynn found solace and joy navigating his pleasure craft along the tranquil waters of the Kanawha River.
In his retirement years, Lynn found renewed joy in reconnecting with a high school friend, Naomi Ferrell, in the sunny embrace of Florida. Their rekindled friendship blossomed into a profound love, and they remained inseparable until Lynn's final breath.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Lynn's neighbors, Bobby and Susan Reisdorph, whose unwavering support and prayers provided solace and comfort during Lynn's decline. Their daily acts of kindness and friendship illuminated Lynn's final days with love and serenity, exemplifying the true essence of community.
Lynn was preceded in death by his loving parents and his devoted wife, Sharon Leigh Tyree.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Naomi Tyree; his devoted sons, Eric Tyree (Rebecca) and James Tyree (Kathryn); his cherished daughter, Cynthia Brown (Christopher); his stepson, Brian Thompson (Lynn); seven adoring grandchildren, and three precious great-grandchildren.
Services will be held privately, honoring Lynn's life and legacy.
