Tyrone Saxton

Tyrone Saxton, age 65, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. He was born February 22, 1957 in Harlem, New York at Metropolitan Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Minor and father, Snookie Marshall. Tyrone stopped at the ninth grade but later he obtained his GED and became a carpenter by trade. Tyrone was a very serious individual but had a great sense of humor which kept us laughing all the time. Tyrone and his Uncle Boobie grew up as brothers and have a great history together as well as his cousin Desiree.

Tyrone leaves behind three surviving children, Tyrone Jr., Michelle and Trevor; his surviving aunts, Patsie Smith and Veronica Saxton; surviving cousins, Wanda, Desiree, Shawn, Karen, Troy, Labreu, Subrina, Jaybird, Asia, Shalar, Michael, Trish and Tayshaw. He is also survived by many, loving, extended family and friends.

Tyrone it is so hard to say goodbye, so for now, rest in peace until we meet again.

A visitation for Tyrone will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 from 3-7 pm at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory, 12690 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617, where services will be held, Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 11 am. Interment in Rose Hill Memorial Park, 4406 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, FL 33610.
