A memorial service will be held to celebrate the life of Jean D. McNeese on Saturday, August 23 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be held at the Little River United Methodist Church.
Jean McNeese was born May 25, 1928 in San Angelo to William and Eunice Douglas. She married Maurice Weber McNeese in 1955 and they moved to Central Texas in 1969. Jean was a real estate broker in the area for many years before retirement. As a member of the Little River United Methodist Church, Jean was known for her delicious pound cake, brownies and pecan bars that she often baked and donated.
Survivors include her husband, two sons – Philip McNeese and Douglas McNeese, their spouses, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of the arrangements.
