Roy David Deaver, 82, of Temple, passed away June 7, 2019 at the Temple VA Hospice Center.

Roy was born December 6, 1936 to Annie Cleora Bolinger and Roy Millard Deaver in Bell County. He was an Air Force Veteran and an avid knife collector and pool player.

He is survived by his loving sisters, Bonnie Deaver Jandt (Erwin), Jimmie Deaver Torquato, Patricia Deaver Moudry and numerous nieces and nephews.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the VA Hospital and Hospice staff.

Visitation for Roy will be 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple with burial following at the Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River, Texas.
