

Brenda Rae Lowe Bryant, 65, of Terre Haute, went to be with her Lord and Savior late Sunday night, October 5, 2014, at her residence. She was born September 14, 1949, in Terre Haute, the daughter of William Raymond Lowe and Gladys Flora Lowe. She was a medical receptionist with Union Hospital for 23 years. Brenda graduated from Gerstmeyer High School with the class of 1967, and was a member of the German Oberlandler Club.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Bryant, whom she married June 10, 2006; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Dean Taylor and DeEnna Smith Taylor of Corpus Christi, Texas; a grandson, Justen Taylor of Terre Haute; a granddaughter, Alisha Taylor of Corpus Christi; four stepsons, William Bryant and wife Melissa of North Vernon, Michael Bryant and wife Rhonda of Terre Haute, Thomas Bryant and wife Karri of Terre Haute, and John Bryant and wife Kim of Clinton ;two brothers, Jerry Lowe and wife Mona of Terre Haute, Ron Lowe and wife Sally of Indianapolis; three sisters-in-law, Christina Lowe of Terre Haute, Betty Chatham of Terre Haute, and Judy Wilson and husband Don of Terre Haute; 11 step grandchildren; several step great grand children; several nieces and nephews; several cousins including Jack Adams and wife Dixie, and Violet Sue Reed and husband Dennis; and several friends and co-workers she was very close to. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Norma Jean Devine and husband Leo; and three brothers, Billy Frank Lowe, Charles Raymond “Bud” Lowe and Richard Joseph Lowe and wife Betty.
Cremation was chosen. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. The family has entrusted Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, with arrangements.
