Cecilia Ann Gunn Williams

Cecilia "Ann" Williams, 76, of Terre Haute, died on October 21st at Signature Healthcare. Ann was born on October 10, 1937 in Jacksonville, Florida to Charles Gunn and Margaret Thigpen Gunn. It was in Florida that she met her husband of 59 years, John A. Williams. They were married on March 6, 1954.

Ann was a homemaker most of her life. She did work for 17 years at Columbia Records. Ann was an auxiliary member of the American Legion Post 104. At home, she enjoyed quilting, gardening and spending time with her family. Ann also enjoyed her Fat Cat and she loved feeding the birds and watching them, especially the humming birds. Boating was one of her favorite activities and she was an avid walker.

Ann is survived by her husband, John; children, Laura Jean Fell (Douglas) of West Terre Haute, Charles Albert Williams (Diana) of Deltona, FL, and Pamela Hayes of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Anna Virginia Fell Pearson (David), Stephen Douglas Fell (Krissy), Heather Rene' Hayes (Shawn Robertson), and Michelle Estes; great-grandchildren, Owen Robertson, Darnay and DaLanna Pearson, Connor Fell, Jeffrey Robertson and Griffin Estes; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Ellen Domingus; and brother, Clyde Gunn.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 25th at 2:00 PM at Roselawn Memorial Park with the Pastor Kyle Andrews officiating. Roselawn Funeral Home assisted with arrangements. Friends and family may share words of comfort and memories at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net
