Ernest A. Webster, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 18, 2024. He was known to many as “Ernie”. He was born in Carbon, Indiana in 1947 to Agnes and Edward Webster. He graduated from Garfield High School and entered the Navy in 1966. He stayed for 4 years and proudly served in Vietnam. Once home he entered the Naval Reserves and stayed in for another 22 years. Once closing the Barbershop, he worked for the Department of Children's Services and was currently working for CASA as a Child Information Specialist. He loved to tell stories of his days in the Navy and on the Sheriff’s Department. He was always there for anyone who needed him. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. He especially loved cooking for them. He also truly enjoyed exploring the latest technology out there. His faith was also very important to him and he regularly attended Fairview Church in Brazil, Indiana. Words cannot describe how much will be missed.
