Frances M. Cheesman

Frances M. Cheesman, 87, of Terre Haute, IN. passed away March 11, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 15, 1932 in Lincoln Park, Michigan to Edward and Hedwig Dyal. She was married to her husband Junior A. Cheesman for 67 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Junior Cheesman, her children Allen (Carol) Cheesman, Susan (Paul) Howell, Marsha (Jim) Adams, Debra (Paul) Kluesner. One sister Patricia Cloudman. Eight Grandchildren, Scott and Sarah Cheesman, Jason and Jeremy Adams, Bob Adams Kristyn Adkins, Jim and Jon Kluesner and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Frances loved to sew, travel, and work crossword puzzles, but mostly spending time with her family. She worked as an LPN for several nursing homes in the area. Memorial service will be held at Mattox-Wood on March 17, 2020 at 7:00PM, with visitation from 5-7PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
