Kathy Silotto

Kathy Silotto, 73, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on January 30, 2026, at 1:05pm in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She was born on August 28, 1952, in Vincennes to Nicholas and Edna Hettich. She married her husband, James Silotto, on October 7, 1973. She worked at Macy’s for many years and loved the people and the fashion.

Kathy enjoyed going to church and attended Gospel Assembly Church of Terre Haute. She loved spending time with family and friends.

Kathy is survived by children: Ron Price Jr, Leslie Silotto, Tricia Kelley, Bobbi Jo Abercrombie, Brandy Hodge, James Allen Silotto and Jonathon Nickolas Silotto; seven grandchildren; her sister, Ladonna Schonert of West Terre Haute and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Silotto; her parents, Nicholas and Edna Hettich; four brothers, Bob Hettich, Don Hettich Sr., Time Glasenapp and Herman Glasenapp and a sister-in-law, Edna Glassenapp, wife of Herman and a nephew, Don Jr. Hettich.

A big heartfelt thank you to the staff at Ben Hur Health and Rehab in Crawfordsville, Indiana for their help and going through this journey with us.

Services for Kathy will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Gospel Assembly Church of Terre Haute, 401 West Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
