

Patsy Ruth Weihert, 82, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015, in Signature Health Care. She was a former restaurant owner. Patsy was born Dec. 25, 1932, in Terre Haute, to Andrew J. Miller and Dicie (Jackson) Miller.
She is survived by sons, Daniel Weihert of Terre Haute, and George Butch Weihert of Cheyenne, Wyo.; grandchildren, Kelly Crouse and husband Alvin, Samuel Weihert Jr., Natalie Ann Hussman, Sara Farthing, Jessica Barnes, Kenneth Hamilton, Rachel Whidden, Andrew Weihert, Daniel Weihert, and Jennifer Weihert; great-grandchildren, Timothy Weihert and Brandon Aleshire; and sisters, Beverly Wilson and husband Robert, and Carolyn Kern.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Reuben George Weihert, who died Oct. 9. 2002; and sons, Samuel Joseph Weihert and Ronald Lee Weihert.
Patsy was a member of the Terre Haute Church of God. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, working around her home, playing cards with her friends, and playing bingo and pinochle.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2015, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., in DeBaun Funeral Homes, Wabash Avenue Chapel, 2425 Wabash Ave., with funeral services at 2 p.m., with Pastor Dennis Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. If friends so desire, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police Children’s Fund.
