My heart goes out to the whole family, especially to Tim, Becky, Craig and Angie, Peggy and Kayanna.  Losing my parents was one of the hardest experiences of my life. So sorry about Ronnie's death.  He was a great neighbor, did not bother but you knew was always there if you needed him.  We started school together.  I know God will be with your family in the days to come to help bring peace and comfort.  God bless you. I am in Georgia but wish I could be there.

Ronnie was my cousin.........I grew up at his house along with my brothers and sisters.  While listening to the beautiful tribute paid to Ronnie at his service a memory came to me that I would like to share.  The Pastor expressed what a caring, giving person Ronnie was.  This is so true.  Ronnie's dad (known to us as Uncle Bart) taught my dad how to butcher.  A tradition that we carry on today ourselves.  In February sixteen years ago my dad had a beef hanging in the meat house ready to process.  He had the firstbquarternon the table and came in for a cup of coffee.  While sitting in the kitchen, he had a massive heart attack and was gone before we could reach the hospital.  The next day Ronnie, Lethea, and Junilla came to the house bringing food.  (Ronnie had a 5 gallon ice cream bucket of ham salad he made himself). :). We were in shock losing dad so quicklynwithnno warning.  We were trying to deal with contacting family, keeping each other from falling apart, and dreading making the funeral arrangements.n we knew there wasnanwhole beef waiting to be processed.  It would have been unbearable to go to the meat house, picknupndad's knives and finish the job he had started.  Instead..........Ronnie in his quiet voice said not to worry about it.  He would get the beef, process it for us and we could pick it up when we were ready.  He didn't do it for praise........he told us that in privacy.  As far as I know he never told a soul what he did.  He truly was the kindest man you could ever know.  He will not be forgotten, and I know that his kindness will leave a lasting memory forever to anyone who knew him.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ronnie. He was always such a friendly and kind man. He will be welcomed to heaven by alot of family members though, led by Bart and Evelyn.  My prayers are with you through the days ahead....
