Billy W. Hartline

Billy W. Hartline, 82, of Texarkana, TX passed away May 15, 2012 in a local nursing home. Mr. Hartline was born September 26, 1929 in Doddridge, AR. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church; a retired First Sgt. in the U. S Army; and former Post Commander of VFW Post 4562.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Hartline, of Texarkana, TX; children, LaVern McWhorter of Nacogdoches, TX; Kaye Sellers of Texarkana, TX , Russell Mohedano of LeMesa, CA, Linda Palomarez of El Paso TX, and Robert Mohedano of San Antonio, TX; grandson, Brandon Sellers of Texarkana, AR; granddaughters, Jennifer Radney of Texarkana, TX and Jamie Cook of Nacogdoches, TX; special nephew, Steve Hartline, of Texarkana, TX; plus other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2012 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Bill Saxby and Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the funeral home.
