David is preceded in death by his father Caleb Ballard and Mary Richardson.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Crystie Ballard; children, James, Justin Jacob and Erika Ballard and Kimberly and Colton Collins; two grandsons, Colt and River Ballard; sister Tracey Graf.
David will be remembered as a hard working husband, dad ,friend and the greatest PawPaw of all time!
A celebration of life service will be at later date.
Cremation is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
