Floyd Edward Stilson, 85, of Texarkana, TX passed away February 28, 2010 in a local hospital. Mr. Stilson was born October 20, 1924 in Bowie County, TX. He was a member of Everett Baptist Church; and a U. S. Army Veteran who served in the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Stilson of Texarkana, TX; sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Lorna Stilson of Texarkana, TX, Dennis and Lee Stilson of Maud, TX and Chip and Kellie Caskey of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, John Stilson, Kaci Stilson and Bill Stilson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. James Sexton officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 2, 2010, from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
