Frances P. Railey, 95, of New Boston, TX passed away December 26, 2018 in a local retirement center. Mrs. Railey was born July 17, 1923 in Hope, AR. She was a retired school teacher. She taught for many years at Fairview School.
She was the matriarch of her family. She was a pillar of strength; she loved her family very much and they loved her. She prayed every day for many people.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle B. Railey and a grandson Keith Railey
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Michael L. and Cecelia Railey of Houston, TX and Phillip A. and Pam Railey of Easley, S.C.; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Roy Spradlin of New Boston, TX; grandchildren and their spouses, Staci and Greg Marshall, Sherri and Todd Myers, Amy and Bruce Mullins, Marie Campbell, Scott and Lisa Railey and Kayla and DJ Jarratt; great grandchildren, Jacob Peterson, Dakota Marshall, Elizabeth Peterson, Hudson Railey, Lauren Railey, Madison Mullins and Meg Benedetti, Justin Myers and Caleb Myers; and great great grandchildren, Kayden, Kaysen and Kaylen Jarratt.
Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. JoeJoe Dawson officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018 at the funeral home.
