He was preceded in death by Joe Young, Harry Cooper, Posey Cooper, Mariea Cooper and Charlotte Young.
Survivors include his wife, Dallas Williams; two sons Archie Cooper and Huey Cooper; mother Tammy Small; father Daniel Cooper, three sisters, Jill Stevens, Dannielynn Young and Goldie Small; two nephews, Tony Stevens and Thomas Stevens; one niece, Joella Stevens; grandmother, Aice Young.
Celebration of Life Service will be 1pm Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church with Rev. Larry Bracknell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
