Homer Lee "Top" Morrow, 95, of Texarkana, TX passed away from cancer September 16, 2020 in a local hospital. Mr. Morrow was born February 27, 1925 in Clarksville, TX. He was a member of Eylau Methodist Church and a U. S. Army and WWII Veteran. He retired from Red River Army Deport after 39 years of service as Chief of Security.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Morrow.
Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Bill Edwards of Texarkana, TX and Kandie and Mark Parker of Texarkana, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Sheila Morrow of New Boston, TX; special friend, Laverne Ogden of Texarkana, TX; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 12 noon, Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Memorial Gardens with Rev. Keith Ducroz officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Come and go viewing will be from 2 to 7 p.m., Friday, September 18, 2020 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse or Texarkana Animal Shelter.
